I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I received my PhD in Economics and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. My research interests include economics of education, labor economics, and cost-effectiveness analysis. I am also an Affiliated Researcher to University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Benefit-Cost Studies in Education and University of Wisconsin-Madison’s SSTAR Lab. Currently, I serve as the Economic Evaluation Section Co-Editor for the American Journal of Evaluation.
